How does the video generation work?
Simply enter a text prompt describing the video you want to create, customize your speaker and environment settings, and click generate. Our AI will create a video with a realistic AI presenter speaking your content.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency used on AIVeed.io. Costs vary by model: AIVeed (120), Lip Sync (60–2,450), Grok Imagine (20+), GPT Image 2 (10–30), Seedance 2.0 (30–5,000), and Kling 3.0 (225–600). You start with 200 free credits and can purchase more as needed.
How many credits do I need per video?
It depends on the model. AIVeed costs 120 credits per video (up to 5 segments). Lip Sync ranges from 60–2,450 credits depending on resolution and audio length (up to 300 for a single ≤15s clip; more for the up-to-2-minute collate mode). Grok Imagine images start at 20 credits; Grok Imagine video starts at 60. GPT Image 2 costs 10–30 credits depending on resolution (1K/2K/4K). Seedance costs 30–5,000 credits depending on sub-model and resolution, and Kling 3.0 costs 225–600 credits.
What video formats are supported?
We deliver AI-generated videos as MP4 files which are compatible with all major browsers and video players. All videos are provided via secure download links for easy sharing and embedding.
How long can my videos be?
Videos can be up to 5 segments long (approximately 40 seconds total). Each segment is about 8 seconds. Longer prompts are automatically split into multiple segments and stitched together.
Can I download my videos?
Yes! Once your video is generated, you can download it directly from the video player or from your My Videos page. Videos are yours to keep and use as you wish.
Can I use Google to sign in?
Yes, we support Google OAuth for quick and secure sign-in. You can also create an account using your email address and password.
How do I reset my password?
If you created your account with email and password, you can reset your password from the login page. Google OAuth users don't need a password as authentication is handled by Google.
