At AIVeed.io, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use our AI video generation platform. By using AIVeed.io, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (encrypted), and any profile information you choose to provide. If you use Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile information from Google.
We store the text prompts you provide for video generation and the resulting videos. This content is associated with your account and used to provide our services.
We automatically collect information about how you use our service, including pages visited, features used, and video generation statistics.
When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
We collect and process the following data as part of our content moderation systems: (i) Automated Analysis Data - text prompts analyzed for prohibited keywords (CSAM, explicit content, violence, hate speech), images analyzed using AWS Rekognition for nudity, minors, violence, gore, weapons, suggestive content, and other moderation labels, risk scores (0-200 scale) assigned to each content submission, and moderation decisions (blocked, warned, allowed); (ii) Violation Tracking - violation count per user account, timestamps of violations, severity classifications (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, CRITICAL), content previews (first 500 characters of flagged prompts), and flagged content type (CSAM_ATTEMPT, SEXUAL, VIOLENCE, HATE_SPEECH, etc.). Legal Basis: This processing is based on legitimate interests in platform safety and child protection (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), legal obligation to prevent CSAM distribution (18 USC § 2258A), and contractual necessity to enforce Terms of Service. Retention: Moderation data is retained for 12 months for routine violations (with deletion rights for EU users), indefinitely for CSAM attempts (mandatory preservation for law enforcement), and 90 days after account termination for other violations. Third-Party Processors: We use AWS Rekognition (Amazon Web Services) to analyze images. AWS processes images on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. No images are retained by AWS after analysis. Your Rights: EU users have rights to access and rectify moderation data, EXCEPT for CSAM-related data or data under law enforcement preservation requests.
