Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Welcome to AIVeed.io. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered video generation platform. Please read these terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Who We Are and Acceptance of These Terms

AIVeed ("AIVeed", "we", "us") is operated by NurtureAxis Technology Private Limited, a company registered in India, Prestige Cube 26, Laskar Hosur Rd, Adugodi, Bangalore 560030, India. These Terms govern your use of aiveed.io, the AIVeed video editor, the AIVeed API and related services (the "Service").

You accept these Terms when you create an account, tick the box agreeing to them, or use the Service. By creating an account, you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read our Privacy Policy, including how we use cookies. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We may change these Terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service and delete your account before it takes effect.

2. The Service

AIVeed lets you create videos, images and audio with AI. It includes:

• Text-to-video and image-to-video generation, video extension, and lip sync

• Image generation and image editing

• Voice and audio generation

• A video editor, a library of your videos and images, and optional public sharing links

• A developer API for programmatic generation

Many of the AI models on AIVeed (for example Veo, Kling, Seedance, Grok Imagine and GPT Image) are built by third parties and reached through third-party providers. We may add, change or withdraw models and features. The credit price of each model is shown before you generate.

AI output is unpredictable. It may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, and it may resemble content made for other users. Review every output before you use it.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete its data. Parents or guardians can contact privacy@aiveed.io.

Your Account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at support@aiveed.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

One Account per Person

Free credits are for genuine new users. Do not create multiple accounts, use disposable email addresses, or use automated signups to obtain free credits. We use automated checks to detect this. We may withhold or delay free credits, or suspend accounts involved.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Service only lawfully and in line with these Terms. You must not use it to create, upload or share:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors (zero tolerance)

• Pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually graphic content of any kind, including nudity in a sexual context (strictly prohibited; see below)

• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including intimate, defamatory or misleading depictions ("deepfakes")

• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics

• Harassment, threats, or content that invades someone's privacy

• Disinformation intended to deceive, including about elections or public health

• Political content, and content that incites or mobilises crowds, protests, riots or civil unrest (strictly prohibited; see below)

• Fraud, scams or impersonation, including fake endorsements by real people or brands

• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including uploads you do not have permission to use

You also must not: attempt to bypass our safety filters; probe, attack or reverse-engineer the Service; resell access without our written permission; or use the Service in breach of sanctions or export laws.

Strict Prohibition of Pornographic and Explicit Content

AIVeed may not be used to create pornographic or sexually explicit content in any form. This rule has no exceptions: it covers videos, images and audio; prompts and uploaded files; content that is never shared or published; content depicting fictional, animated or AI-generated people; and content requested "for art", "for testing" or by paying users. Attempts to get around our filters, for example through coded language, step-by-step prompts or edits of uploaded images, are treated as violations even if no content is produced. A single attempt is enough for us to suspend or permanently ban the account, at our sole discretion.

Strict Prohibition of Political Content and Crowd Incitement

AIVeed may not be used to create content made for political purposes. This includes political campaigning, advertising or propaganda; content about elections, voting, political parties or candidates; and content depicting politicians, governments or political figures that is meant to influence political opinion. It also includes content that incites, provokes or mobilises crowds, for example calls to gather, protest, riot or act against a group, community, institution or authority, and content that suggests or insinuates such action. Like the ban on explicit content, this rule has no exceptions: it covers all formats, private and unshared content, fictional depictions, content framed as satire or commentary, and paying users. Attempts to get around this rule are treated as violations. If we find such content, or find it again after a warning, we may suspend or permanently ban the account at our sole discretion, without notice or reasons except where the law requires them.

Disclosing AI-Generated Content

If you publish a video or image that shows realistic people, places or events and could mislead viewers into thinking it is real, you must clearly disclose that it was generated by AI. This is required by law in some places, including under the EU AI Act. Some model providers embed invisible, machine-readable markers in their outputs (such as SynthID or C2PA provenance metadata) that identify them as AI-generated, and we may add such markers too. They do not change how your video looks. Do not remove or alter them.

Content Moderation

We check prompts and uploads before generation using automated tools, including keyword filters and image analysis by AWS Rekognition. The AI model providers also apply their own safety filters. A person may review content that has been flagged or reported. If content is blocked, we will tell you that it was blocked.

Violations and Account Restrictions

We record each request blocked for a content-policy reason. Repeated violations may lead to a warning, a temporary limit on generating, or suspension of the account. Free accounts may be suspended automatically after repeated violations. Paid accounts are reviewed by a person before they are suspended. We may immediately and permanently suspend any account that attempts to create sexual content involving minors. Separately from these automatic measures, we may suspend or permanently ban any account at our sole discretion, including after a single violation.

Child Safety and Reporting to Authorities

When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the competent authorities, which may include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We preserve the related data for law enforcement as the law requires. We also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that this is necessary to prevent serious harm.

Reporting Content

Anyone can report content on AIVeed that they believe is illegal or breaks these Terms. Email support@aiveed.io with a link to the content, an explanation, and your contact details. We review reports promptly and tell the reporter what we decided.

Reasons and Appeals

We are not obliged to explain our moderation or account decisions, except where the law requires it. For example, users in the EU receive a statement of reasons under the Digital Services Act. You can appeal through the suspended-account page or by emailing support@aiveed.io within 6 months. A person, not an automated system, will review your appeal. If you are in the EU, you may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the Digital Services Act, or go to court.

5. Credits, Payments and Refunds

Credits

Generations cost credits. The price depends on the model and its settings, and is shown before you generate and on our Pricing page. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. They do not expire while your account is open.

Free and Promotional Credits

New users receive free credits once their account is verified (currently 200). We may hold or withhold free credits while we check for abuse. Promotional and coupon credits may have their own conditions, which we will show you.

Purchases

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, PayPal or PayU. We never see or store your full card details. Dodo Payments may act as the reseller (merchant of record) for your purchase. If it does, its terms also apply to the payment. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Price changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We refund money or credits only in limited circumstances, for example when you were charged twice or in error, or when a generation failed for a technical reason on our side. Whether to give a refund, whether it is made in money or in credits, and how much is refunded are decided at AIVeed's sole discretion. This does not affect any refund right that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded, as described below.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails for a technical reason, such as a provider error or timeout, our system normally returns the credits to your balance automatically. Returning credits is a courtesy, at our discretion, and is never made as a payment of money.

Blocked Generations

Our model providers charge us when a request is submitted. Requests that our own checks block before they are submitted are not charged. If a submitted request is blocked for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, the credits are not returned. This applies whether the block happens during generation or after review. We may, at our discretion, return credits for a blocked request that never reached the provider. If credits for a blocked request were returned to your balance before the block was detected, we may deduct them again.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@aiveed.io. We will refund the unused credits from that purchase within 14 days, using your original payment method. For this purpose, credits you have used count first against your free and promotional credits. By completing a purchase, you expressly ask us to make the credits available immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for purchased credits once you use them to start a generation. This statutory right is the only refund that is not at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We may suspend an account while a chargeback is being resolved.

6. Your Content and Generated Output

Your Inputs

You keep all rights in the prompts, images, audio and other material you provide ("Inputs"). You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed to use them, including the consent of any person who appears in them.

Output

As between you and us, you own the videos, images and audio you generate ("Output"), to the extent the law allows. We claim no ownership of Output. In some countries, purely AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright. You are responsible for making sure your use of Output does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The Licence You Give Us

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display your Inputs and Output only as needed to run the Service. This covers sending Inputs to the model provider you select, moderating content, keeping backups, and showing a video publicly when you choose to share it. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account. It continues only for backups that are being overwritten, for files that have not yet been removed from our hosting providers, and for content we must keep by law.

No Training on Your Content

AIVeed does not use your Inputs or Output to train AI models.

Our Service

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design and brand. You may not copy or use them except as these Terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

7. Developer API

The AIVeed API is governed by these Terms and by the API documentation. API usage consumes the same credits and follows the same Acceptable Use Policy. You must keep API keys secure and must respect rate limits. If you let other people use your integration, you are responsible for their content. We may revoke keys that are misused or exposed.

8. Affiliate Programme

The AIVeed affiliate programme is run through our affiliate partner, Affonso. Commission rates, the discount for referred customers, the minimum payout and payout timing are as shown on the Affiliates page at the time a commission is earned. Commissions are held for 14 days and are paid only for genuine, completed purchases that are not refunded or charged back. Referring yourself, referring your own or fake accounts, and misleading promotion are not allowed. Affiliates must follow these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, when promoting AIVeed. We may withhold or reverse commissions, change or end the programme, or remove an affiliate, at our sole discretion.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on AIVeed infringes your copyright, email dmca@aiveed.io with:

• Your name and contact details, and your signature (or that of an authorised agent)

• The work you believe is infringed

• The material on AIVeed you believe infringes it, with a link

• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate

We will remove material we find to be infringing. We will close the accounts of repeat infringers.

10. Third-Party Providers

The Service relies on independent third parties for AI models, hosting, content delivery, payments and email. We choose these providers carefully, but we do not control them. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for their availability, outages, performance or output quality, for safety filters or blocks they apply, or for changes they make to their models, features or prices.

We may add, replace or stop using any provider or model at any time without notice. A model that is changed or withdrawn by its provider may stop being available on AIVeed. Credits you have bought are not tied to any particular model.

Some providers process your Inputs and Output under their own terms and privacy policies, in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy lists the main providers we use. Payments are processed by our payment providers, whose terms also apply to the payment.

Any liability we have for a provider's acts or omissions is subject to the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for the Service where the law does not allow it, including the rights of consumers in the EU, EEA and UK.

11. Disclaimers

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will meet your needs. Nothing in these Terms affects the legal rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent breach, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms, and the limits above apply only as far as your local law permits.

13. Your Responsibility for Claims

If you use the Service for business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims, and the related losses and reasonable legal costs, arising from your Inputs, your use of Output, or your breach of these Terms. If you are a consumer, you are responsible for losses you cause by breaking these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

14. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Account Settings. Download any content you want to keep first: deletion is permanent, and unused credits are lost. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data and files after deletion.

We may suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and at our sole discretion. This includes any breach of these Terms (a single breach is enough), suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirements, and conduct we consider harmful to the Service, other users or AIVeed. We are not required to give advance notice or reasons for these decisions, except where the law requires it. If we close your account for reasons other than your breach, we may, at our discretion, refund some or all of your unused purchased credits.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it. These include the ownership, disclaimer, liability, claims and governing-law sections.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Please contact support@aiveed.io first. Most issues can be resolved quickly that way.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts there.

16. General

• Severability: if a provision is found invalid, the rest of these Terms stay in effect.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any terms shown for a specific feature form the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

• Transfer: we may transfer these Terms to a successor to our business. If we do, your rights will not be reduced.

• Events beyond our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control.

• Language: these Terms are written in English. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails, to the extent the law allows.
