Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AIVeed collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who We Are
NurtureAxis Technology Private Limited (Prestige Cube 26, Laskar Hosur Rd, Adugodi, Bangalore 560030, India) operates AIVeed. It is the controller of your personal data for aiveed.io, the AIVeed editor, the AIVeed API and our emails. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@aiveed.io.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
Your email address, your name, and your password, which is stored only as a bcrypt hash. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID with us. We also store your settings, your onboarding answers, and your email preferences.
Your Content
The prompts you write; the images, audio and other files you upload; the videos, images and audio you generate; your edits; and any characters or voices you save.
Purchases
The pack you buy, the amount and currency, the payment provider, transaction references and your billing country. Card and bank details are collected by our payment providers (Dodo Payments, PayPal, PayU). We never receive them.
Technical and Security Data
IP address (including the address you sign up from), browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and activity logs. To stop fake and duplicate accounts we also use: the age and reputation of your email domain (checked against public domain-registration records), the network your IP address belongs to, and signup patterns.
Content Moderation Data
For blocked requests we record: the reason category, an excerpt of the flagged prompt, image-analysis labels and confidence scores, the date, and your running count of violations.
Marketing and Referral Data
How you reached us: campaign (UTM) parameters, ad click identifiers (Google gclid, Meta fbclid and X twclid), the page you first landed on, and any coupon, referral or affiliate code you used.
Shared Videos
When someone views or reacts to a video you have shared publicly, we record the event against a hashed, salted form of the viewer's IP address. We do not store the viewer's raw IP address.
Communications
Messages you send to support. If you enable browser notifications, we also store the push subscription your browser provides.
3. How We Use It and Our Legal Bases
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, the GDPR requires us to rely on a legal basis for each use of your data:
• To provide the Service. This covers your account, sending your prompts and uploads to the AI model you select, storing and delivering your results, credits, payments, and service emails. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To keep the Service safe. This covers content moderation, detecting fraud, multiple accounts and free-credit abuse, and securing our systems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe service. Where the law requires these steps, the basis is legal obligation.
• To report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and the authorities, and to respond to lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation and the vital interests of others.
• To measure and improve the Service with analytics. Legal basis: the consent you give by using our website (see Cookies below), and our legitimate interest in improving the Service.
• To measure our advertising. We use the Google Ads and Meta pixels, and we send server-side conversion events that contain a hashed email address. Legal basis: the consent you give by using our website (see Cookies below).
• To send product news and offers by email. Marketing emails are switched on when you create an account. You can turn them off at any time in Account Settings or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in telling our users about the Service and, where the law requires consent, the consent you give when you create your account.
• To keep tax and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Automated Decisions
Our moderation systems decide automatically whether to block a request. They can also automatically suspend a free account after repeated violations, or when our signup checks identify it as part of a group of fake or automated accounts. Accounts that have made a purchase are never suspended automatically. Our signup checks can automatically hold a new account's free credits for review. You can ask for a person to review any such decision by appealing through the suspended-account page or emailing support@aiveed.io. You can also give your point of view and contest the decision.
4. AI Processing
When you generate, we send your prompt and any uploaded files to the provider of the model you chose. Before generation, we may send your prompt to a language model to improve or split it. The provider processes the request to produce your result and may apply its own safety checks.
AIVeed does not use your content to train AI models. Please do not upload images of other people without their permission, and avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
• Hosting and infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (servers, storage, and image moderation through AWS Rekognition) and Cloudflare (content delivery, video and image delivery, and bot protection)
• Video hosting: api.video
• AI model providers, depending on the model you choose: kie.ai, Poyo, xAI, BytePlus and ElevenLabs. We also use OpenRouter, which passes prompt-assist requests to language models such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.
• Payment providers: Dodo Payments, PayPal and PayU
• Email delivery: Resend
• Sign-in: Google, if you choose Google sign-in
• Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), Meta and Microsoft Clarity
• Affiliate tracking: Affonso, which credits the affiliate who referred you
• IP location lookup: ipinfo and ipgeolocation.io, used to show prices in your local currency and to adapt the site to your region
• Authorities and NCMEC, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect someone from serious harm
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganised. The successor must protect your data as this Policy describes.
Our service providers may use your data only to provide their services to us. If you choose to make a video public, anyone with its link can watch it.
6. International Transfers
We are based in India. Our main servers are in the United States, and some of our providers process data in other countries. These countries may not have the same data-protection laws as yours. When we transfer personal data out of the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent) in their data-processing terms, or their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a particular provider.
7. How Long We Keep It
• Account data and content: while your account is open. When you delete a video or image, it is removed from your library straight away. Deleting individual videos is currently available on accounts that have made a purchase; any user can remove all their content by deleting their account. Deleted images may stay in our records and storage until you delete your account.
• After you delete your account: we delete your account and library records from our live database straight away, and your public share links stop working. Media files (your uploads and your generated videos and images) are stored with our hosting providers and may not be removed at the same time. They are no longer shown in the Service or linked to your account. Email privacy@aiveed.io if you want us to remove any remaining files, and we will do so. Copies in backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
• Purchase records: kept by us or by our payment providers for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in India, up to 8 years).
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Moderation records: while your account is open, and deleted with it. If we have reported content to the authorities, or received a request from law enforcement about it, we keep the related records as long as the law requires, even if you delete your account.
• Analytics and advertising data: as set by each provider.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data and receive a copy of it
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data. You can delete your account yourself in Account Settings.
• Receive data you gave us in a portable format
• Restrict our use of your data, or object to it, including to direct marketing at any time
• Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
• Ask for a person to review an automated decision
To use these rights, email privacy@aiveed.io from the address on your account. We will reply within one month, and may ask you to confirm your identity first. These rights have limits: for example, we cannot delete data that we must keep by law.
EU, EEA and UK Users
You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
California Residents
You have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by blocking these cookies in your browser or by emailing privacy@aiveed.io.
Users in India
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to have grievances addressed, and to nominate someone to exercise your rights. Send grievances to privacy@aiveed.io.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage (localStorage) and tracking pixels. By using our website, you agree to our use of all the cookies and technologies described in this section. They are set when you visit, wherever you are, including on pages you view before you sign up. We use them for the following purposes:
• Essential: keeping you signed in, Google sign-in, Cloudflare security and bot protection, payment checkout, and remembering your settings. The Service cannot work without these.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. These help us understand and improve the Service.
• Advertising: the Google Ads and Meta pixels, which measure whether our ads lead to signups and purchases, and help us show our ads to people likely to be interested in AIVeed
• Affiliate: an Affonso cookie that lasts 30 days and records which affiliate referred you
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and of personalised ads in your Google and Meta ad settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Service, such as signing in, will not work. In some regions we show a cookie notice. At present, the choice you make there controls only Google's one-tap sign-in prompt, not the other cookies described here. If we add more detailed cookie choices, we will update this Policy.
10. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), bcrypt password hashing, staff access limited to those who need it, and pseudonymised IP addresses for viewer statistics. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Children
AIVeed is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, contact privacy@aiveed.io and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the Service before they take effect.
